| ORGANIZATION CHART : |
|
|
|
| |
Nature
and Extent of involvement of faculty and students
in academic affairs/ improvements : |
All the faculty members are totally
committed to do hard work for the
improvement of the institute in all
possible ways. Syllabus is covered
in full. Daily 7 periods of class
work is being done, including the
lab work. Lab work in the related
faculties is in full swing. On all
Sundays and one Saturday in each month
there will be no class work but extra
classes will be taken up in case of
need. For the lab work, record is
being maintained. Quiz and mid exams
are conducted as per the norms of
JNTU. In addition to this, periodical
tests, quiz competitions, elocutions,
debates, group discussions etc., are
conducted. The students also evince
keen interest in participating in
all the competitions. Prizes are also
distributed to the winners in various
competitions to boost up their interest
in such activities. In this way teachers
instill qualitative education to the
students without deviating from the
JNTU's norms at any stage. The staff
in various ways provides an impetus.
Whenever there is an opportunity,
the students will be encouraged to
participate in Paper Presentation
or Seminars in other colleges. We
also conducted programmes named “HRD
VISION 2003”, “TECHNOMELA-2K4” etc.,
in previous.
There is a separate placement cell
on College Campus and the Placement
in-charge is in constant touch with
various organization etc. One senior
and well experienced member is appointed
to impart soft skills, Vigorous Coaching
in Maths, Aptitude and Grammar and
Vocabulary is a regular feature. Separate
slots are shown in the time taken
for Maths, Aptitude and English Grammar
etc. The afternoon sessions of the
3 Saturdays are allotted to department
seminars.
|
|
| Mechanism
/ Norms & Procedure for democratic / good
Governance : |
Steps are being taken up for democratic
governance. The rules and regulations
of JNTU and the norms and procedure
laid down by JNTU are observed for
which suitable mechanism is formed
like Heads of the Departments, Class
teachers, Disciplinary committee,
Grievance Cell, Transport in-charge,
maintenance in-charge etc.
|
|
| Student
feed back on Institutional Governance / faculty
performance : |
We also collect the feedback from
the students of all the classes. All
the members of the faculty believe
that their output become the input
for the students and the output of
the students becomes the feedback
to the teachers. The staff members
strain every nerve to do the utmost.
A suggestion box is made available
in the college Library.
|
|
| Grievance
redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students
: |
A grievance cell is constituted and
one of the Heads of the Departments
is the Convener. Any problems faced
by the students is being redressed
by the Convener. For the redressal
of the grievances of the faculty and
the staff, the Principal and the Secretary
sit together frequently and sort them
out.
