Mrs.T.Rajani

Associate Professor & HoD

She has completed ME in Systems and Signal Processing from Osmania University. She is having 15 years of teaching experience and 6 years of Industry experience and is currently pursuing Ph.D. She is a fellow member of IETE, Professional member of IEEE and life member of ISTE. She is acting as branch counselor for IEEE and IETE.

Mr.Nisant Nalla

Mr.Nisant Nalla has completed his M.S Degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology, New Jersey, U.S.A and is specialized in Image Processing. He has 12 years of teaching experience.

Dr. Parimala Geetha

Professor

She has been awarded Doctorate degree during the year 2010. She is doing research in Face Recognition, Bio-Medical Engineering and Optical Neural Networks. She has published 20 International journals and authored two books. Four Research scholars have been awarded Ph.D. under her guidance. She is very strong in academics with 26 years of experience in teaching.

Dr Asa Jyothi

Professor

Dr Asa Jyothi Gudavalli is working as Professor with ECE Dept. of NMREC. She completed 28 years of service in ECE Stream at various well reputed Institutions and universities with 19 years of Administrate experience as HOD, Principal and Dean. She had 15 years of experience in R&D and published her work in many International Journals. Acted as CoOrdinator of NBA and NAAC works in many Institutions. She is the life member of ISTE, IETE, IE(I), IEEE, MARS. She received an International award as 'Distinguished Women in Engineering 'in ECE. She received her M.Tech degree from REC, Warangal and awarded with Ph.D from JNTUK, Kakinada. Her area of specialization is Microwave Antennas. Her areas of interest are Communication Systems, Embedded Systems and Image Processing. She Coordinated many Co academic activities, namely IQAC Cell I/C, R&D Cell I/C, Professional Societies Cell I/C etc. She was conducted and participated in many FDPs and Workshops. She acted as Judge for many technical events at various institutes.

Dr.M.Senthil Kumar

Associate Professor

He has completed Ph.D. in Wireless Sensor Networks after M.Tech. He is having 12 years of academic and administrative experience. He has published more than 19 research papers in reputed international journals and presented more than 30 papers in international conferences. He is acting as reviewer and editorial member for several reputed journals and also active member in several professional societies. He is Technical Program Committee member for several IEEE sponsored international conferences.

Dr.G.Bhoopal Rao

Associate Professor

He has completed Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in VLSI Systems and M.Tech. from N.I.T. Tiruchirapalli in VLSI System Design. He is having 5 years academic experience and 6 years of research experience. He has published 9 research papers in reputed international journals/conferences. He is reviewer and editorial member for several reputed journals and also active member in several professional societies. His area of interest includes Cryptography Algorithms, Cyber Security, Low Power Digital VLSI Architectures and Analog Circuits.

Dr. Kalyan S. Kasturi

Associate Professor

Dr. Kalyan S. Kasturi received M.S. & Ph.D. degrees with G.P.A of 9.5/10 in the field of DSP and Communications from University of Texas at Dallas, USA in 2002 & 2006 respectively. He also completed Post-Doc from University of Texas at Dallas in 2008. He has 17 years of research and teaching experience in the field of Electronics & Communication Engineering with research focus on Cochlear Implant Technology, Speech Processing, Digital Signal Processing and Embedded Systems. He has published several research articles in international journals & conferences with more than 200 citations as per Google Scholar. He received "Fast Track Young Scientist Research Grant" from Department of Science and Technology (DST). Dr. Kalyan Kasturi is a Fellow of IETE, New Delhi. He is a Senior Member of IACSIT, Singapore & IRED, New York. He is also a member of IEEE, Hyderabad chapter.

Dr.B.Khaleelu Rehman

Associate Professor

Dr.B.Khaleelu Rehman presently working as Associate professor in the Department of ECE.He received Ph.D. degree from University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun and M.Tech from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad in VLSI System Design. He has 11.9 years of teaching experience out of which 7.9 years at the University of Petroleum & Energy studies, Dehradun. He had published research articles across globe viz. one SCI journal paper, 12 Scopus journal papers,4 International conferences papers and authored two book chapters in world renowned publishers apart from possessing an Indian patent. He is reviewer and editorial member for several reputed journals and also active member in several professional societies. He has conducted 6 workshops in the UPES and attended 11 workshops/short term courses/FDPs. He has been awarded Certificate of Appreciation from R & D Department, UPES during Academic year 2017-2018 and 2016-2017.He was the session chair for International Conference on Intelligent Communication, Control and Devices at Dehradun, India (Springer Conference) viz. ICICCD-2016, ICICCD-2017 and ICICCD-2018. He was invited to give guest lectures at various places in India on innovative topics. His area of interest includes Digital Signal processing, VLSI Design, Digital VLSI Architectures and Analog Circuits.

Dr. Vetriveeran Rajamani

Assistant Professor

He has obtained his Bachelor's degree in ECE from Anna University in 2010, Master's degree in VLSI Design in 2013 from Anna University and Doctoral Degree from Chonbuk National University, South Korea in the year 2018. He has published 4 SCI journals, 2 SCIE journals and 2 Scopus journals, 1 International book chapter and 1 Indian patent and various International/National conferences as a main author and co-author to his credit during the academic years 2013 to 2019. He has 5 years of teaching experience and 4 months Post-Doctorate experience in Chonbuk National University, South Korea. His main research interests include, Memristor and its applications in electronic circuits, neuromorphic applications, analysis of memristors and memristive systems.

Dr. G.Vallathan

Associate Professor

He has obtained his Bachelor's degree in ECE from Pondicherry University in 2004, Master's degree in Applied Electronics in 2007 from Anna University and Doctoral degree in Medical Image Processing from Pondicherry University in the year 2018. He has published 19 international journals, and various International/National conferences as a main author and co-author to his credit during the academic years 2008 to 2019. He participated in 14 FDPs and has attended 10 Short Term Training Programs & workshop. He has over 14 years of experience in Teaching, Research. He has played various centralized Administration roles like AICTE Coordinator, NIRF Coordinator, AICTE CII Coordinator, Institute Innovation Council (IIC) President, IETE Coordinator, Anna University inspection Coordinator. His areas of interest include, Image Processing, Wireless Sensor Networks, IoT, Electronic Circuits and Embedded Systems.

Mrs.A.Usha Shree

She has completed her M.Tech in Digital Systems and Computer Electronics and has 17 years of teaching experience. She has presented 1 paper in national conference and attended various workshops. Her area of interest is Image Processing.

She has completed her M.Tech Embedded Systems. She has 6 years of teaching experience. She has qualified UGC NET in 2014. She has Published 2 research papers in international and national Conferences and participated in various workshops.

Mr.K.Naveen Kumar

Assistant Professor

He has post graduated M.Tech in Embedded Systems. He has 10 years of teaching experience, and 3 years of Industrial experience. He has published 4 papers in various International Journals and one paper in National conference. He has mentored for students in JNTUH EXCITE-2015 one month summer product camp. He has participated in 7 various workshops, and attended one GIAN course in Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Mr.Joseph Rajiv Kantheti

He has post graduated in M.Tech in the stream of Communication and RADAR. He has published 1 research paper in Serial Publications of International Journal of Control Theory and Applications. He has participated in workshop of cloud computing and surface computing. His area of interest are Satellite Communication, RADAR systems and Fiber optics.

Mrs.Madiraju Sirisha

She has presented 4 papers in international conferences and 2 papers published in SPRINGER publications. She has life time membership in ISTE. She got NPTEL certification in “Design for Internet of Things”. Her area of interests are Embedded IOT security, Wireless networks and Machine Learning.

He has completed his B.E(ECE) in 2006. He had worked as an IT Associate in IEG For duration of 6 Months. He has completed his Masters in VLSI SYSTEM DESIGN Affiliated to COVENTRY UNIVERSITY U.K in 2009. He has 4.5 years of teaching experience.He has completed his second masters M.Tech Embedded systems in 2015.

Mr. K.Shiva Prasad

He completed his Masters in Embedded System under JNTUH and stood college topper. He has 3 years of experience in teaching, academic, research and administrative services with 6 months as associate developer and 6 months as recruiter in IT verticals. He has published 6 papers in international journals 4 UGC approved. He has participated in several workshops and conferences related to technology and teaching. He has experience in R&D department with development of innovative projects for society. He is an Executive fellow member of IETE & IAENG. His area of interest is image processing, embedded systems.

Mr. Sikender Ali Khan

He has done his post-graduation M.Tech. ( Digital Systems and Computer Electronics) from Royal Institute of Tech. and Science affiliated to JNTUH. He has done his graduation B.E ( Electronics & Communication) from M.J. College of Engg.& Tech. affiliated to Osmania University. He has been in teaching profession for the last 22 yrs. during which he has taught many subjects of U.G and P.G course. Earlier to this he has served in industry for about 8 yrs.abroad.He has published two papers in international conference journal. He has attended several seminars and workshops. His areas of interest are Analog Electronics, Digital Electronics and Electromagnetic theory.
