Considering this increasing competition, we are preparing our students to be smart and industry oriented which is extremely essential. We believe that students must instil academic knowledge and skills to apply this knowledge as well. Students must acquire employability skills apart from regular technical education. The expectations of industry for the engineers to be hired are as follows:

This Employability bridge (e-Bridge) program was started in the academic year 2012-13 in our college. This program includes the e-bridge activities such as
