The Civil Engineering Association –Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College (CEA-NMREC) was inaugurated on 10th November 2018 in the college campus. The Civil Engineering Association –Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College (CEA-NMREC) was formed with the primary aim of exposing budding Civil engineers to the challenges of the profession.. With both students and faculty as its members, the organization will be one of the most active Civil Engineering Associations.

PREAMBLE OF CIVIL ENGINEERING ASSOCIATION – NMREC
The Civil Engineering Association (CEA) was formed with the primary aim of exposing potential civil engineers to the challenges of the profession. With both students and faculty as its members, CEA organizes activities like lectures by distinguished practitioners of the profession, video shows, competitions and socially relevant projects for the students throughout the year.
We aim to promote Civil Engineering by providing the much-needed practical exposure to the community members through its regular activities like technical seminars, research symposium, talks on ongoing research practices throughout the globe and many other related topics from distinguished practitioners of the trade. Collaboration between the school and industry is important for the advancement of engineering teaching and research. With this aim, to give our students some practical insight into Civil Engineering, we organize several visits throughout the year to ongoing construction sites thus giving them a chance to interact with key personnel of the industry.
NMREC will organise the annual technical meet with the name Soudha-2k18 to assimilate the knowledge from young civil engineers pursuing their graduation and also conduct all the events under this association.
