Training & Placement Cell

The Career Guidance and Placement Office (CGPO) at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College has built a dynamic placement ecosystem through continuous training, industry collaborations, internships, certification programs, and department-centric placement initiatives that prepare students for successful and future-ready careers. Over the years, NMREC students have secured placements in reputed companies including Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Wipro, Accentur, Cognizant, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Delhivery, and several emerging startups and core engineering industries across domains such as software development, AI/ML, cloud computing, analytics, manufacturing, operations, and core engineering sectors. In recent years, the highest package offered reached around ₹12 LPA, while the average package ranged between ₹4–5 LPA, reflecting the institution’s growing reputation among recruiters and its commitment to producing skilled, industry-ready professionals.

To strengthen employability and practical exposure, NMREC has conducted extensive skill-development programs in collaboration with organizations such as Edunet Foundation, QSpiders, SAP, SIMCO, and Pyramid. These initiatives focus on AI & Cloud programs for women students, aptitude and coding training, soft skills development, technical communication, and core engineering calibration training. The institution successfully trained 344 students, including 160 women AI & cloud trainees and 60 industrial interns, demonstrating its strong focus on employability enhancement and industry readiness.

The recruiter and training network further includes organizations such as Infosys, Apollo Hospitals, Danfoss, CWAY, Shamrock, QSpiders, and Sutherland. Through initiatives such as Training Excellence, TASK-approved programs, SAP Training, Core Engineering Training, and Embedded Systems & VLSI programs, NMREC continues to strengthen its multidisciplinary and industry-oriented approach toward career development and placement success.

The college takes care of campus placements for the students through the Training and Placement Cell that caters to the students of different branches of study being offered in the college.

Employability Bridge program is a special program integrated in the curriculum enhancing the technical knowledge of the student for employability.

Special Technical Trainings are offered to the students on the technologies required by industry. A special team of faculty is engaged in this activity.

Language Development programs are offered for all students.
