The IUCEE Annual Student Forum (IASF) 2025 provided an opportunity for engineering students across the nation to collaborate, innovate, and develop solutions to real-world challenges using engineering and technology. 30 students from Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College IUCEE Student Chapter actively participated in the event and presented three projects.
Different type student workshops such as Transforming Engineering Education: The Role of AI, Addressing Industry 4.0 Problems using AI and ML (Part 1) Sustainability: Challenges and Opportunities Social Emotional Learning (SEL) were conducted. IUCEE Student Chapter coordinated the participation of NMREC students in IASF 2025.

A total of 30 students from Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College actively participated in the event out of which 9 students presented projects.
Three Student Project showcased by our students at IASF 2025 namely
- Wearable device for early stroke detection
- Access easy: Real-Time public transit navigation for accessibility
- Loco-Lock.

IUCEE Annual Student Forum was hosted at KLE Technological University, Hubli on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of January 2024, with over 500 participants from colleges across India. Approximately 60 students from NMREC, including first, second and third-year engineering students, recently took part in the IUCEE Annual Student Forum (IASF2024). They were accompanied by Dr Satyabrata Sahoo, an associate professor from the EEE department, and Mr G. Shiva Jagan and Mr Ushashree, Assistant Professors from the ECE department.of January 2024, with over 500 participants from colleges across India. Approximately 60 students from NMREC, including first, second and third-year engineering students, recently took part in the IUCEE Annual Student Forum (IASF2024). They were accompanied by Dr Satyabrata Sahoo, an associate professor from the EEE department, and Mr G. Shiva Jagan and Mr Ushashree, Assistant Professors from the ECE department.
The forum was a fantastic opportunity to meet and learn from 551 students from diverse colleges. The forum’s well-structured segments, including the Interdisciplinary Discovery Bootcamp(IDB), Design Thinking Bootcamp(DTB), and Engineering Excellence Workshops, provided an enriching platform for growth, learning, and networking.
Over 60 colleges from across India participated in this event. On the first day, students from different colleges were randomly divided into teams comprising students with diverse backgrounds. The ability to work in a team and display team spirit were considered to be the two.

It is worth to mention that the following students and faculty from NMREC received the following awards:
☛ Mr. Sai Siddhartha from AI & DS – 2nd year was awarded with 1st prize and certificate of excellence for his project work on “Design and thinking bootcamp (DTB)”.
☛ Mr. Anvesh from CSE – 2nd year and Mr. M. Durga Phanindra from AIML – 2nd year were awarded certificate of accomplishment for their project work on “Fortifying microbial genetic stability in extreme environments”.
☛ Mr. Venkata Rama Krishna Reddy from AIML – 1st year was awarded with certificate of accomplishment for his project work on “Swift Pass Guardian”
☛ Ms. A. Sai Radha Sri Lalitha from CSE – 4th year, were awarded emerging student leader award along with a cash prize of Rs.2000.
☛ Mr. P. Mohammad Muneer, Assistant Professor from Mechanical Engineering dept. who is the Faculty Coordinator of IUCEE Student Chapter –NMREC, was awarded with the certificate of recognition.
