The college organizes an Industry – Institute Research Meet as an annual event aiming at interaction with the Industry and Research Organizations to obtain feedback on improving employability levels of the students passing out.
The Industry Institute Research Meet 2024 at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College brought industry and academic experts together to foster collaboration, share insights, and explore avenues for research advancement. The event was graced by the presence of distinguished speakers and guests, underscoring the significance of academia industry synergy in driving innovation and progress. Secretary sir Sri Nalla Malla Reddy garu inaugurated the event by extending a warm welcome to all participants. He emphasized the pivotal role of research in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. He also underscored the institute’s commitment to providing a conducive environment for fostering interdisciplinary research collaborations and nurturing budding talents.

The event involved talks by industry experts, interaction of the experts with the students, and an exhibition by the final year engineering students showcasing the projects done by them. All the final year students participated in the project exhibition with all the other students of the college as the visitors for the expo. The students presented their innovation works that resulted in patents, publications, or consultancy works. The industry experts attended the expo and appreciated the students for their innovative projects. They also gave valuable inputs to the students on improving their projects and to become startups.
The Industrial Institute Research Meet served as a platform for fostering meaningful dialogues, forging strategic partnerships, and catalysing research-driven innovation.
