Dr.A.V.LALITHA PHANI currently working as an Associate Professor of Physics in Nalla Malla Reddy College of Engineering and Sciences at Divya Nagar, Narapally, Hyderabad, India. I am hard working and enthusiastic about learning new skills. I am well organized and always meet deadlines when they have been set. I find it easy working with other people but can also work well independently. I have shown that I am a trustworthy and responsible person in college and at home. My background in Physics and Electronics has prepared me for such a career. Teaching and research had always interested me. I have strong desire of research in material science. I have done my Ph.D. in glassy materials and Bio materials. I am interested inquantum materials, Crystalline materials and nano science also. I have done many Characterization techniques like X-ray Diffraction techniques, SEM, FTIR and Optical properties to study my glass samples during my research. Thirty-three years of science education at college and University provided me with a strong grounding in the above subjects and related disciplines.
K. Gokulnath is a distinguished English language educator with over 15 years of teaching experience in reputed engineering institutions across India. He holds an M.Phil. in English and an M.A. in English Literature and American Studies from Annamalai University, with academic specialization in American Literature and English Language Training. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College, Hyderabad, he is known for his expertise in Communication Skills, Technical English, Soft Skills Training, and English Language Teaching (ELT). In addition to academic instruction, he has contributed significantly to placement training, curriculum coordination, editorial activities, and faculty development initiatives. He has also participated in numerous seminars, workshops, and professional development programs conducted by reputed organizations including the British Council and Anna University.
Mr. Ravi Kumar Vegad is an English educator, researcher, and writer with over four years of teaching experience in higher education and communication skills training. Having served as an Assistant Professor and CRT Trainer, he has been actively involved in teaching English language, soft skills, and student mentoring while fostering an engaging and learner-centered academic environment. Alongside his teaching career, he has contributed to literary and academic writing through published research papers in reputed journals and his novel MAYA: A Tale of Love in Delusion. Qualified in UGC-NET in English and holding a Master’s degree in English with first-class distinction, Ravi’s academic and creative pursuits reflect his passion for literature, communication, and inspiring students through both teaching and writing
Mittapally Rajani have been working at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College as an Assistant Professor for the past 5 years. During these 12 years, I have taught Engineering Chemistry, Engineering Chemistry Laboratory, and Environmental Science. Along with classroom teaching, I have actively participated in various departmental committees like timetable coordinator and course file in-charge, as well as in college-level committees such as the coordinator for the Eco Club. I have attended Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) to enhance my professional knowledge, teaching skills, and overall academic development.
