Dr. Reshmi R. Nair is a distinguished academician, researcher, and certified International Engineering Educator (Ing. Paed. IGIP) with significant experience in higher education, research, and academic administration. She currently serves as the Head of the Department – First Year M&PS and Associate Professor of Chemistry at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College, Hyderabad. She earned her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Kurukshetra University and has made notable research contributions in the fields of organic synthesis and heterocyclic chemistry through publications in reputed international journals. Her academic and research interests include Engineering Chemistry, Green Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, and innovative teaching methodologies in engineering education. She has actively contributed to curriculum design, faculty development initiatives, AI-enabled teaching practices, and research mentoring through esteemed academic platforms such as IUCEE and IGIP. She is the co-author of academic textbooks including Introduction to Engineering Chemistry, Environmental Organic Chemistry, and Green Chemistry, published by Indo-Continental Academic Publishers. In addition, she serves as a reviewer for international conferences and has been honored with the IUCEE Teaching and Learning Award for her contributions to teaching excellence, educational innovation, and transformative engineering education.
Uzma Nausheen Head, Department of English Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College. She holds an M.A. in English Literature with a specialization in American Literature from Osmania University. A passionate educator with over 10 years of experience teaching English in an engineering environment, she believes that clear, confident communication is fundamental to engineering excellence. Leading the Department of English since January 2023, she drives curriculum design for additional language courses, conducts faculty development programs in language proficiency, and mentors final-year students for interviews and campus placements. Her key strengths lie in communication and leadership, curriculum innovation, faculty training, student mentoring, event management, and technical communication for engineers. She regularly hosts and organizes college-level literary and cultural events to foster real-world communication skills. With a focus on bridging the gap between language skills and professional requirements, she is committed to equipping every student with the proficiency and confidence to lead, present, and succeed in their engineering careers.
Dr. Ramana Prasad is a seasoned academician with over 30 years of experience in teaching English language and literature at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His areas of research include Commonwealth Literature, Indian English Literature, and Ancient Indian Classics, with significant scholarly contributions focused on the works of R.K. Narayan. Throughout his academic career, he has actively guided and mentored students, contributed to faculty development initiatives, and participated in various academic and research activities. Known for his expertise in literature and language teaching, He is committed to fostering critical thinking, academic excellence, and effective communication among learners.
Mr. Chiluveru Balaram Kishan is an Associate Professor who is currently serving at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering college. He was awarded Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in 1990. He is a distinguished English language and literature educator with over 36 years of rich academic experience in teaching, research, language training, and academic administration. Specializing in English Literature, Language Skills, Phonetics, IELTS, and TOEFL coaching, he has served in renowned institutions across India and Libya, including Osmania University, Faculty of Education Al-Jufra (Libya), and English Language Teaching Centre, Osmania University. As an accomplished researcher and mentor, he has guided numerous graduation-level research projects in literature, linguistics, and language pedagogy. He has also contributed significantly through creative writing, publications in English and Telugu, talks on All India Radio and Doordarshan, and editorial leadership in academic magazines. In addition to his teaching excellence, he has actively participated in International and national literary conferences, curriculum development, student leadership activities, and institutional committees, reflecting his lifelong commitment to academic excellence and holistic education.
Dr. Hashif K is an Assistant Professor, researcher, and writer based in Hyderabad, India. He completed his Ph.D. in Comparative Literature and India Studies from EFLU with research focusing on healing literatures in South Asia. With 7 years of teaching experience in language, communication, and soft skills, he currently serves at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College, Hyderabad. Alongside academia, he is a genre-fluid fiction writer whose works explore psychological, social, and cultural themes with a distinctive narrative voice. He has authored multiple books, presented papers at national and international conferences, and holds an Indian patent related to English language learning methodologies. His interests span South Asian films, literatures, pedagogy, storytelling, and interdisciplinary cultural studies.
Dr. K. Kavitha is a research oriented academician with 26 years of teaching experience in Physics across diverse academic levels including undergraduate and postgraduate programs.. She is currently associated with Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College and actively contributes to academic administration, experiential learning and student development initiatives. She serves as Social Responsibility Club Coordinator, Sustainability and community Development Group Coordinator and EPICS Coordinator, promoting sustainability, innovation and community
engagement activities among students. She has published research papers in reputed journals and conferences and holds a patent in the area of nanostructured gas sensors. She has completed various professional development and certification courses, including IIEECP ,NPTEL and Coursera programs related to nanotechnology, teaching methodologies and presentation skills. She serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Global Research in Education and Social Science. Her area of interest is nanotechnology.
Dr. Nafees ul Qadir hold a Doctorate in English Literature and have 3 years of teaching experience. My areas of specialization include Postcolonial Studies, Feminism, Gender Studies, Cultural Studies, Diaspora Literature, Subaltern Studies, and Indian Writing in English. My research focuses on colonial and postcolonial narratives, feminist literary criticism, gender and identity politics, and marginal voices in South Asian and world literature. I am committed to critical pedagogy, interdisciplinary inquiry, and fostering analytical skills among students. His major works are Ideological issues in the Novels of George Orwell with Special Reference to the Study of Burmese Days and Nineteen Eighty-Four. Dr.A.V.LALITHA PHANI currently working as an Associate Professor of Physics in Nalla Malla Reddy College of Engineering and Sciences at Divya Nagar, Narapally, Hyderabad, India. I am hard working and enthusiastic about learning new skills. I am well organized and always meet deadlines when they have been set. I find it easy working with other people but can also work well independently. I have shown that I am a trustworthy and responsible person in college and at home. My background in Physics and Electronics has prepared me for such a career. Teaching and research had always interested me. I have strong desire of research in material science. I have done my Ph.D. in glassy materials and Bio materials. I am interested inquantum materials, Crystalline materials and nano science also. I have done many Characterization techniques like X-ray Diffraction techniques, SEM, FTIR and Optical properties to study my glass samples during my research. Thirty-three years of science education at college and University provided me with a strong grounding in the above subjects and related disciplines.
K. Gokulnath is a distinguished English language educator with over 15 years of teaching experience in reputed engineering institutions across India. He holds an M.Phil. in English and an M.A. in English Literature and American Studies from Annamalai University, with academic specialization in American Literature and English Language Training. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College, Hyderabad, he is known for his expertise in Communication Skills, Technical English, Soft Skills Training, and English Language Teaching (ELT). In addition to academic instruction, he has contributed significantly to placement training, curriculum coordination, editorial activities, and faculty development initiatives. He has also participated in numerous seminars, workshops, and professional development programs conducted by reputed organizations including the British Council and Anna University.
Mr. Ravi Kumar Vegad is an English educator, researcher, and writer with over four years of teaching experience in higher education and communication skills training. Having served as an Assistant Professor and CRT Trainer, he has been actively involved in teaching English language, soft skills, and student mentoring while fostering an engaging and learner-centered academic environment. Alongside his teaching career, he has contributed to literary and academic writing through published research papers in reputed journals and his novel MAYA: A Tale of Love in Delusion. Qualified in UGC-NET in English and holding a Master’s degree in English with first-class distinction, Ravi’s academic and creative pursuits reflect his passion for literature, communication, and inspiring students through both teaching and writing
Mittapally Rajani have been working at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College as an Assistant Professor for the past 5 years. During these 12 years, I have taught Engineering Chemistry, Engineering Chemistry Laboratory, and Environmental Science. Along with classroom teaching, I have actively participated in various departmental committees like timetable coordinator and course file in-charge, as well as in college-level committees such as the coordinator for the Eco Club. I have attended Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) to enhance my professional knowledge, teaching skills, and overall academic development. I am so organized, fast learner, self-disciplined and hard working person.
Dr. MD. Nizam is a dedicated academician with over 26 years of teaching experience in Mathematics for B.Tech., MCA, and MBA students. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Sunrise University along with qualifications including M.Phil. and M.Sc. in Mathematics, M.Sc. in Psychology, B.Sc., and B.Ed. in Mathematics and Physics. Known for strong communication and motivational skills, He is an approved Research Supervisor at Visvesvaraya Technological University and an active member of APTSMS and IAENG. He has contributed to academia through several national and international publications and holds two patents in the field of research.
Mr. M. Sudhakar is a dedicated academician with 18 years of rich teaching experience in the field of Mathematics, demonstrating excellence in teaching, mentoring, and academic administration. Over the years, he has consistently contributed to the academic growth of students through innovative teaching methodologies and strong subject expertise. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Mathematics, reflecting his continuous interest in research and higher learning. His areas of specialization include applied and advanced mathematical concepts, and he actively participates in academic conferences and faculty development programs to stay updated with recent developments in the discipline. He has also successfully qualified in the NPTEL examination, which highlights his commitment to professional advancement and lifelong learning. Apart from academics, he has actively served in various departmental and institutional contributing effectively to academic planning, examination activities, student development initiatives, and institutional administration. Dr. Kilaru Suresh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry with 2 years of teaching experience and 9 years of research experience in the field of Organic and Materials Chemistry. He was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from Osmania University. His research specialization includes Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs), Organic Field Effect Transistors (OFETs), Optoelectronic Materials, and their advanced applications. He possesses sound knowledge in interpretational spectroscopy, data analysis, and the synthesis of novel organic molecules. Dr. Suresh has qualified prestigious examinations such as CSIR-NET, GATE, and State Eligibility Test (SET). He has also successfully completed the IUCEE International Educator Certification Program and completed 5 NPTEL certification courses in emerging areas of science and engineering. Dr. Suresh has published 4 research papers in reputed journals and holds 1 patent in his area of research. He is actively involved in academic activities, student mentoring, departmental responsibilities, and institutional committees, contributing significantly to teaching, research, and academic excellence.
Mr.T.ASHOK is an Assistant Professor in Physics and has 10 years teaching experience in esteemed Institution Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College .So far he taught Solid State Physics (SSP), Applied Physics (AP) and Advanced Engineering Physics (AEP) for various engineering branches. He has been allotted additional duties Exam branch coordinator and administration coordinator etc.
Dr. Fauzia Raza have 8 years of teaching experience in Mathematics at degree and engineering college levels, and I currently teach courses in BTech, MTech and MBA programs. My specialization includes core mathematics for undergraduate and postgraduate students, and my PhD research was in the area of nanofluids. I have 6 publications in reputed international journals. I am actively involved in academic activities and student mentoring, with a focus on building strong conceptual foundations.
Dr.K.Bangari Babu serving as an Assisstant Professor in Physics and have 14 years of teaching experience in Engineering College and 6 years of teaching experience in different intermediate Colleges .I have qualified AP-TS SET-2014 exam. I have published and presented 3 research papers in UGC approved international and national journals and National and international conferences. My research intrest area is Energy storage materials and Materials science. I have participated college level project expo’s and cultural activities.

An accomplished Assistant professor, she has guided numerous graduation-level research projects and actively contributed to academic development through participation in national conferences and faculty development initiatives. She holds prestigious Engineering Educator certification and is committed to promoting innovative teaching methodologies, student-centered learning, and academic excellence in higher education.
Julie Rao is an experienced academician with 22+ years of expertise in engineering education, research guidance, and student mentorship. In her role as Assistant Professor, she has supervised numerous undergraduate research projects and contributed to institutional and academic growth through participation in conferences and faculty development activities. A certified Engineering Educator, she strongly advocates for modern teaching methodologies, student-centered education, and the pursuit of academic excellence.
