Dr.T.V.S.M.R.Bhushan

Dr. Chandrashekhar A. is a seasoned academician and accomplished researcher with over 15 years of distinguished experience in engineering education, scientific research, and academic administration. His areas of specialization encompass Tribology, Surface Engineering, Thin Film Coatings, Materials Characterization, Additive Manufacturing, and Composite Materials. Throughout his professional career, he has held significant academic and administrative responsibilities, notably serving as an Associate Professor and Project Supervisor, where he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in teaching, student mentorship, curriculum delivery, and research supervision. He possesses extensive experience in instructing undergraduate and postgraduate engineering courses, guiding innovative student projects, and conducting advanced research in wear mechanisms, coating technologies, and emerging material systems. His technical proficiency includes sophisticated material testing and characterization techniques related to tribological evaluation and surface analysis. Dr. Chandrashekhar A. has made valuable scholarly contributions through numerous publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals and presentations at international conferences, particularly in the domains of tribological behaviour, coating adhesion, composite material development, and additive manufacturing technologies

Dr. S. Ramesh Babu is a highly accomplished academician, researcher, and innovation- driven mechanical engineering professional with nearly three decades of multidisciplinary experience in advanced mechanical systems, vibration analysis and control, computer-aided engineering, robotics, and product development. His core research expertise encompasses spur gear vibration dynamics, rotor-dynamic analysis, finite element modelling, and polymer composite behaviour under dynamic loading. He earned his Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University with a specialized research focus on the influence of material and geometric parameters on spur gear vibration characteristics. His academic and industrial contributions are further strengthened by extensive proficiency in advanced CAE and simulation platforms including ANSYS Workbench,Pro-Mechanica, and CREO, combined with successful execution of funded international research projects under UNDP sponsorship in advanced composite materials and structural vibration applications. As an active researcher and reviewer for reputed international journals in vibration, acoustics, and nonlinear dynamics, he has published research articles in high-impact SCOPUS- indexed journals.

Dr. Asit Kumar Parida is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College. He has more than 7 years teaching experiences, and 2 years of research experience in the field of Production and Manufacturing Engineering. He completed his Ph.D. from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela and carried out Postdoctoral Research at IIT Delhi. His areas of specialization include manufacturing processes, machining, unconventional machining, and automation in manufacturing.He has published more than 20 research papers in reputed Scopus and SCI indexed journals and has served as a reviewer for various international journals.

Dr. Sujan Rao Nakkanti is a distinguished academician, researcher, and administrator with over 24 years of experience in teaching, research, and institutional development in Mechanical Engineering. His areas of specialization include CAD/CAM, Computational Fluid Mechanics, Finite Element Methods, Mechanical Vibrations, and Advanced Manufacturing Technologies. He has significantly contributed to engineering education through curriculum development, student mentoring, laboratory establishment, and academic leadership. Dr. Nakkanti has published several research papers in reputed international journals and conferences, including presentations at the prestigious American Society of Mechanical Engineers International Mechanical Engineering Congress and Exposition (USA). His research interests focus on composite structures, CFD applications, thermal analysis, and vibration studies. He is a recipient of the UGC International Travel Grant and holds a Design Patent titled “IoT-Enabled Agricultural Sensor Device” (2025). He has also played vital leadership roles in NAAC, NBA, BOS, Academic Council, and Research & Development committees, contributing remarkably to academic excellence, innovation, and institutional growth.

Mr. P Ramanath Reddy has 15 years of teaching experience and specialized expertise in CAD/CAM, I currently serve as Associate Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department, where I guide academic and administrative responsibilities across NBA, NAAC, Alumni relations, Time Table coordination, Language Improvement initiatives, and Mentoring programs. I contribute as an Editorial Board member of the annual magazine “Srushti,” and actively engage in curriculum and pedagogy enhancement through state-of-the-art CAD/CAM integration. I am IUCEE International Engineering Educator-certified and have completed certification in Engineering Ethics, reflecting my commitment to professional integrity and global best practices in engineering education. My scholarly record includes seven publications in reputed journals and five patents, underscoring my ongoing research and innovation in mechanical engineering and design automation. I also mentor faculty and students, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and drive initiatives that bridge industry needs with academic excellence.

Mr. N. Sesha Srinivas is a Post graduate in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in ‘Advanced Manufacturing Systems’ from JNTU, Hyderabad and is also a recipient of the ‘International Engineering Educator’ certification from IGIP, Austria. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D from KL university.He brings in 18 years of industrial experience from a reputed Petro Chemical organization along with over 14 years of teaching experience. His strong practical and real -life approach to problem solving, effectively supplements his class room teaching and practical learning.In academia, he is actively associated with multiple domains such as student mentoring, student major projects, institutional quality initiatives such as IQAC, the TLC and the accreditation processes such as the NAAC and the NBA. He has successfully completed more than 20 major projects at the under graduate level and taught diversified subjects, other than his domain as per department requirement. He has completed the IUCEE certification program with honors, which aims at ‘Student centric learning’.

Mr.P.Mohammad Muneer, a Post Graduate in “Thermal Engineering” from JNTUH, Hyderabad,  is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. He has 9 years of Industrial experience and 26 years of teaching experience. His areas of interest are Thermal Engineering, Heat Transfer and Solar Energy Systems. The subjects handled by him include Thermodynamics, Thermal Engineering, Heat Transfer, Machine Design, and Engineering Graphics. He is a Life Member of Indian Society for Technical Education (LMISTE) and has attended several Faculty Development Programs. He successfully completed “International Engineering Educator” Certification Program (IIEECP) in Spring 2020 with Distinction and received the IGIP certificate. He has been serving as an IUCEE Student Chapter Coordinator since 2021 and as a member of the Teaching Learning Center at institutional level and Project Coordinator at department Level. He has guided several Major projects for Final years, Mini projects for 3rd years and SDG projects for 1st years.  In addition, he actively mentors students and maintains good rapport with their parents. He also holds one design patent.

Mr.Sunchu Babu is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering with 14 years of teaching experience and 10 years of industrial experience. He has completed his M .Tech in Advanced Manufacturing Systems from JNTUH and possesses strong expertise in both academic and industrial domains. He has also received certification through the IUCEE Fall-2025 Faculty Development Program. His teaching interests include Mechanics of Solids, Kinematics of Machinery, Engineering Mechanics, and Engineering Graphics. He actively contributes to student development and departmental activities as a Class Teacher, Mentor, EPICS and Tech-Fest Department Coordinator. He has successfully guided several undergraduate projects, encouraging innovation and practical learning among students. Mr. Babu also holds a registered design patent for a “Stirrer Agitator,” which reflects his interest in research and product development. With strong leadership qualities, effective teaching methodologies, and a student-centric approach, he is committed to academic excellence, professional growth, and continuous learning in the field of Mechanical Engineering.

Kandru Manikumari is working as an Aassistant Professor in the department of Mechanical Engineering with over 13 years of academic experience, currently pursuing her PhD at Osmania University in the area of 3D prosthetics and strain sensors. She holds an M.Tech in Advanced Manufacturing Systems from JNTU Hyderabad and served as Assistant Professor at Vardhaman College of Engineering from 2008–2021. Her research interests include biomedical devices, nanostructured coatings, and medical image processing, with a published patent on a “Motorized Ankle Foot Driven Customized Prosthetic Leg with Exoskeleton” and multiple papers on brain tumor detection and 3D tumor segmentation. She has guided projects in advanced materials and manufacturing, and actively contributes to faculty development through workshops on 3D printing.

Mr.C. Balaram is working as an Assistant Professor in the department of mechanical engineering at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College.He possesses a rich blend of academic and industrial expertise, with more than 9 years of industrial experience and over 10 years of teaching experience in the field of mechanical engineering. He completed his M.Tech in Machine Design from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad, where he developed strong technical knowledge in design and thermal engineering. He has successfully completed the IIEECP Spring 2020 IGIP Certification Program, demonstrating his commitment toward advanced engineering education practices. He has actively participated in five AICTE ATAL Online Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and attended more than ten webinars organized by reputed institutions and colleges across the country
