Dr. N. Lavanya has over 7 years and 6 months of teaching and research experience in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of EEE at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College. Her areas of specialization include Power Electronics, Electrical Drives, and Electric Hybrid Vehicles. She actively contributes to academic and administrative activities as Department Research Coordinator, Department Project Review Coordinator, III Year EEE Mentor, and Smart India Hackathon Coordinator. She has guided several UG student projects in emerging areas such as EV charging microgrids, electric vehicles, and solar charging systems. Dr. Lavanya has published research papers in reputed SCI/Scopus/UGC-indexed journals and IEEE conferences, particularly in the area of indirect matrix converters and EV charging systems. She has also published a patent titled “An Intelligent Solar Assisted Electric Vehicle Charging Microgrid With Bidirectional Inverter For Vehicle-To-Home Energy Management” (Application No. 202641016109 A).

Dr. Satyabrata Sahoo (SMIEEE) received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology (IGIT), Sarang (Govt. Autonomous), affiliated with Utkal University, Odisha, in 2019, with doctoral research focused on Artificial Intelligence-based robust power control of wind energy conversion systems. He completed his M.Tech. in Hydro-Electric Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Bhopal in 2001, securing First Position in his class, and is also GATE qualified in Electrical Engineering. With over 22 years of academic experience and four years of industrial experience, he has actively contributed to teaching, research, administration, and professional development. He has served in key academic positions including Head of Department, Research Coordinator, IEEE Branch Counselor, Vice-Chair and Treasurer of the IEEE Education Society Hyderabad Section, TLC Coordinator, NBA/NAAC Committee Member, and various examination administrative roles. He has guided 17 M.Tech. students, developed a PC-based Power System Laboratory for postgraduate students, and authored over 28 research publications in reputed Scopus-indexed journals and international conferences.

Mrs. Balanagu Sushma was born in 1989 in Warangal, Telangana, India. She has over 10 years of teaching experience in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering since 2016. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from KITS, Singapur Telangana, India, in 2011 and the Master’s degree in Power Electronics from Ellenki College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, in 2015. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Institute of Technology, Silchar, Assam, India. She has been working as an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College, Hyderabad, since 2016. She is also serving as the Associate Head of the Department (Assoc. HOD) and actively contributes to departmental academic administration and accreditation activities as the NBA and NAAC Coordinator. In addition, she serves as the TLC Coordinator, Smart India Hackathon (SIH) Coordinator, and Yoga Club Coordinator, contributing to student development, innovation activities, faculty coordination, and wellness initiatives

T. Lavanya is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) with nearly 12 years of teaching experience and specialization in Power Electronics. She has been serving at the institution since June 2014, actively contributing to both academic and administrative activities. As a dedicated mentor and project guide, she has successfully guided undergraduate student projects in areas like solar tracking systems and IoT-based smart applications. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Osmania University in the area of Energy Management.
