Dr. G. Prem Kumar Reddy is the Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering with over 20 years of extensive academic and teaching experience. He earned his Ph.D. from the University College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad, under the guidance of Prof. B. Mangu and completed his M.Tech in Power and Industrial Drives from JNTU College of Engineering, Anantapur. His areas of specialization include PWM control techniques, multilevel inverters, motor drives, and Renewable Energy Systems (RES). Dr. Prem Kumar Reddy has published several research papers in Scopus-indexed and other reputed journals, contributing significantly to the field of Electrical Engineering. He has successfully guided numerous B.Tech and M.Tech projects and is recognized for his strong mentoring, leadership, and technical expertise. He has also completed multiple NPTEL certification courses and actively participated in workshops, seminars, faculty development programs and technical training programs conducted by reputed institutions. His dedication to academic excellence, research, innovation and continuous professional development reflects his commitment to delivering quality engineering education.

Dr. Ravi Dharavath is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and serves as the NSS Program Officer at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College. He has 14 years of teaching, research, and industry experience with specialization in Electrical Power Systems. He was awarded a Junior Research Fellowship by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, during his doctoral research. His research interests include Renewable Energy Integration, Power Quality, Microgrids, Power Electronics, and Artificial Intelligence applications in power systems. He has guided several UG and PG projects and has contributed extensively through Scopus-indexed journal publications, IEEE international conferences, book chapters, patent filing, and other reputed international journal publications.
