Dr. R. Jawwharlal received his B. Tech degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Hyderabad in 2002 and M. Tech Degree from JNTU Hyderabad in 2009. He obtained a Ph.D. degree in Electronics and communication engineering from Osmania University Hyderabad in 2022. He is currently working as an Associate Professor in Dept of ECE, Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College Hyderabad. His research interests include Machine Learning, Energy Harvesting Cooperative Networks, Internet of Things (IoT) and UAV Communications. He is Member of IEEE, ISTE, IE, IACSIT and IET. He has Published 50+ Scientific Papers in SCI and SCOPUS Journals and IEEE Conferences. He has 22 years of teaching and research experience. He was the coordinator for third year mini projects. He completed 6 NPTEL Courses. He completed the IUCEE International Engineering Educator Certification program in Fall 2024. He was involved in various institutional level Activities.
Mr. P. Surendranath is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, has m 11 years of teaching experience in engineering education. He completed his M.Tech in VLSI System Design from St. John’s College of Engineering and Technology under JNTUA. He qualified UGC-NET for JRF and Assistant Professor in December 2019 and also qualified GATE examination. He completed the IUCEE International Engineering Educator Certification Program in Spring 2022. He specializes in VLSI Design, Digital System Design, HDL, and Analog Circuits. He possesses strong knowledge in Verilog HDL synthesis and simulation techniques. He is proficient in EDA tools such as Xilinx ISE, Modelsim, Microwind, and Spice tools. He has guided students in various academic projects related to VLSI Design and communication systems. His research interests include VLSI architectures, multipliers, and DSP applications. He has published research papers in reputed international journals. He actively participates in Faculty Development Programs, workshops, and technical events. He has served as Technical and Cultural Coordinator for various departmental and college activities.
Mrs. Leela S. Bitla is pursuing Ph.D from Indian Institute of Information Technology,Nagpur,Maharashtra(India) having 13 year of teaching experience in the field of Electronics and Telecommunication.She received the M.tech in VLSI design from Nagpur University,Maharashtra.She proposed 15+ her research work in many international Journals as well as International Conferences.She is a Life time Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), International Association of Engineering(IAENG). Presently serving as Assistant professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College, Hyderabad, India. She has published more than 5 research papers in SCI, SCIE, and Scopus-indexed journals and 4 Patents. She is a reviewer of several reputed international journals Her research interests are wireless communication, digital communication and optimization,Wireless Ad Hoc.
Mr. Chinnam Mahesh received his B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad, in 2010. He completed his M.Tech in VLSI & Embedded Systems from JNTU Hyderabad, in 2015. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. from University of Hyderabad. He is a member of IEEE. Presently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College, Hyderabad, since 2016. Prior to joining academia, he worked as an ATE Validation Engineer at Bharat Electronics Limited, Bangalore. He has actively contributed to academic, research, and institutional development activities, including NBA and NAAC accreditation processes, student mentoring, project guidance, and the organization technical events.
Mr BOLISHETTI SATISH CHANDRA is perusing Ph.D. research scholar from India and is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College,Hyderabad. He completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University,Guntur and his M.Tech in Systems and Signal Processing from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad. He has more than 26 years of experience in academics and research. He has actively participated in research papers at various national and international conferences, Journals,seminars and workshops. He has also published 12 research papers in national and international peer-reviewed journals. Bolishetti Satish Chandra published a book titled Computer Organization and Architecture through Lambert Academic Publishing in March 2018 with ISBN: 978-613-8-39030-5. He developed a MATLAB-based software system designed to support slow learners in DSP Laboratory and Basic Simulation Laboratory courses, for which he received a patent. In addition, he has been granted two more patents in the field of signal processing.
