Mrs. Rajani Dharanikota serving as Head of the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department and completed M.E. in Signals and Systems from Osmania University, Hyderabad, in 2003. She has more than 20 years of teaching experience. She has authored 8 research articles in reputed journals and conferences. She has been credited with 6 patents. She has guided many undergraduate and postgraduate students, contributing to their learning and exposure to emerging technological advancements. She completed IUCEE International Engineering Educator Certification program in 2020. She is a fellow of IETE (FIETE) and also an active member in professional society bodies such as IEEE and ISTE. Her research focus is on hybrid quantum-classical deep learning, Optimization algorithms, and Medical Image analysis.

Dr. Raman Kumar M. received his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad, India, and his M.Tech from Kakatiya University, Warangal, India. He earned Ph.D. in Signal Processing from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT University), Vellore, India. He successfully completed the AICTE-sponsored PG Certification Course- “Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning” from IIIT Nagpur. Additionally, he has completed 8- NPTEL certification courses in emerging domains and received NPTEL Star Award for his learning accomplishments and commitment to professional development. He has over 15 years of academic and research experience, currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College, an autonomous institution.His research interests include Digital Signal Processing, Image Processing, Biomedical Signal Processing, Internet of Things (IoT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Dr. Movva Pavani received her B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad in 2002. She completed her M.E. in Systems and Signal Processing from the College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad in 2009 and obtained her Ph.D. from GITAM in 2021.She is a Senior Member of IEEE and a Life Member of both The Institution of Engineers (India) and The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE). Presently serving as Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Convenor – Institution Innovation Cell (IIC), Coordinator -IDEA Labs at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College, Hyderabad, India. She has received a fund of 15 Lakh Rupees under MSME Program as a mentor for the project title “Drishthi Bandhu”.She was the coordinator for third year  mini projects and final year Major Projects.Dr. Movva Pavani brings over 25 years of combined experience in teaching and research. She is widely admired for her commitment to academic excellence, innovative teaching methods, and her ability to inspire and guide students toward successful careers. She has published more than 55+ research papers in SCI, SCIE, and Scopus-indexed journals and presented her work at renowned international conferences.

Dr. R. Jawwharlal received his B. Tech degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Hyderabad in 2002 and M. Tech Degree from JNTU Hyderabad in 2009. He obtained a Ph.D. degree in Electronics and communication engineering from Osmania University Hyderabad in 2022. He is currently working as an Associate Professor in Dept of ECE, Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College Hyderabad. His research interests include Machine Learning, Energy Harvesting Cooperative Networks, Internet of Things (IoT) and UAV Communications. He is Member of IEEE, ISTE, IE, IACSIT and IET. He has Published 50+ Scientific Papers in SCI and SCOPUS Journals and IEEE Conferences. He has 22 years of teaching and research experience. He was the coordinator for third year mini projects. He completed 6 NPTEL Courses. He completed the IUCEE International Engineering Educator Certification program in Fall 2024. He was involved in various institutional level Activities.

Mrs. Leela S. Bitla  is pursuing Ph.D from Indian Institute of Information Technology,Nagpur,Maharashtra(India) having 13 year of teaching experience in the field of Electronics and Telecommunication.She received the M.tech in VLSI design from Nagpur University,Maharashtra.She proposed 15+  her research work in many international Journals as well as International Conferences.She is a Life time Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), International Association of Engineering(IAENG). Presently serving as Assistant professor  in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College, Hyderabad, India.  She has published more than 5 research papers in SCI, SCIE, and Scopus-indexed journals and 4 Patents. She is a reviewer of several reputed international journals  Her research interests are wireless communication, digital communication and optimization,Wireless Ad Hoc.

Mr. Chinnam Mahesh received his B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad, in 2010. He completed his M.Tech in VLSI & Embedded Systems from JNTU Hyderabad, in 2015. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. from University of Hyderabad. He is a member of IEEE. Presently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College, Hyderabad, since 2016. Prior to joining academia, he worked as an ATE Validation Engineer at Bharat Electronics Limited, Bangalore. He has actively contributed to academic, research, and institutional development activities, including NBA and NAAC accreditation processes, student mentoring, project guidance, and the organization technical events.

 Mr BOLISHETTI SATISH CHANDRA is perusing Ph.D. research scholar from India and is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College,Hyderabad. He completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University,Guntur and his M.Tech in Systems and Signal Processing from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad. He has more than 26 years of experience in academics and research. He has actively participated in research papers at various national and international conferences, Journals,seminars and workshops. He has also published 12 research papers in national and international peer-reviewed journals.  Bolishetti Satish Chandra published a book titled Computer Organization and Architecture through Lambert Academic Publishing in March 2018 with ISBN: 978-613-8-39030-5. He developed a MATLAB-based software system designed to support slow learners in DSP Laboratory and Basic Simulation Laboratory courses, for which he received a patent. In addition, he has been granted two more patents in the field of signal processing.

Mrs. Shipra Vyas is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College having 2.5 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in ECE and an M.Tech in Digital Communications, establishing a robust academic foundation in core communication systems. Further enhancing her technical expertise, she completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science from Caltech CTME in collaboration with Simplilearn, bridging the gap between hardware engineering and advanced data analytics.  Her research interests in the field of metamaterial structural behaviour and parameter estimation utilizing machine learning methods, as well as the optimization of circularly polarized planar microstrip antennas. Her work has been recognized and published across prestigious platforms, including the Springer-Nature Journal of Microsystem Technologies (SCI-indexed) and Springer Book Series such as Algorithms for Intelligent Systems and Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE).

Solipuram Alivelu Mangamma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering with over 16 years of teaching experience. She is pursuing Ph.D. in Osmania University and she has completed his ME in Systems and Signal Processing from Osmania University and B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad. Her academic interests include Digital Signal Processing, Signals and Systems and Communication Systems. Her research interests include Navigational Signal Processing, Digital Signal Processing and Image Processing. She has completed the IUCEE International Engineering Educator Certification Program in Spring 2022. She has completed 9 NPTEL certification courses in emerging domains to improve her academic skills in various subjects. She is a member of IAENG. She has published a research paper in IEEE, 6 papers in various international and national conferences and journals. She has served as Additional Controller of Examinations, Coordinator for various committees.

Gudipudi Venkata Chalapathi Rao working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering with Total  35 years of teaching experience. My areas of specialization include  Communication Engineering, Network theory , Signals and Systems , Basic Circuit theory , Digital communications, Electronic devices and circuits I have actively contributed to NAAC/NBA activities, student mentoring, and Departmental  coordination. I am Project coordinator for SOP. I completed 3 NPTEL Courses and published 6 journal papers and 2 conference papers  My interests include Designing of circuits, and emerging communication technologies.

Mrs.Ch V S Alekhya Sucharita, received B.Tech Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTUK in 2014. She completed her M.Tech in Telematics from JNTUK in 2016.  She has 8 years of Industry experience and serving as an Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Electronics and Communication Engineering in NMREC from May 2024. Her Research Interests lies in Telecommunications, Wireless Communications, Wireless Ad Hoc networks, IoT and Antenna Design. She has published research papers in top-tier journals such as “Journal of Telecommunications, Electronic and Computer Engineering” (JTEC) and “International Journal of Scientific and Engineering Research” (IJSER). She holds 5 patents in Antenna design, IoT and Biomedical research areas. She completed IUCEE International Engineering Educator Certification program in Spring 2025 with Distinction. She is one of the faculty mentors for IUCEE NEP courses.

SHEELAM ANIL  working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering with over 10 years of teaching experience. My areas of specialization include Wireless Communication, Electromagnetics, Antennas & Wave Propagation, and VLSI Design. I have actively contributed to NAAC/NBA activities, student mentoring, and departmental coordination. I completed AICTE QIP PG Certification in “Semiconductor to Chips (Semchips)” at IIIT Allahabad and certifications in VLSI Design Flow, DevSecOps, and Engineering Education. I published a research paper on LTE System Channel Estimation and a patent titled “Advanced Aircraft Anti-Collision System Using IoT.” My interests include VLSI, Verilog HDL, STA, and emerging communication technologies.

Mr. K. Naveen Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering with more than 15 years of academic experience and 3 years of industry experience. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering at Pondicherry University, specializing in IoT, Drones, Robotics, Embedded Systems, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. He served as e-YANTRA Coordinator and Exam Branch Coordinator and established an IoT Lab at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College. He was certified as a DGCA Remote Pilot and was selected for the AICTE–Industry Fellowship Program at Garuda Aerospace Pvt. Ltd., Chennai, where he contributed to the development of UAV and aerospace systems while gaining hands-on experience in real-world engineering applications. He mentored IEEE EPICS-funded projects and Smart India Hackathon teams, achieving 1st Runner-up at the Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2022 Grand Finale. He completed the AICTE QIP PG Certificate Program in “Wireless Technology and IoT” at IIT Roorkee during June 2025–December 2025 and qualified GATE in 2007 and UGC-NET in December 2018. He also completed the EPICS-Design Thinking program conducted by IUCEE in 2018.

Mrs. K. Ratna received her B. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad and her M.E. in Embedded Systems and VLSI Design from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in VLSI at SR University, Hanamkonda, with research focused on MOSHEMT devices. She successfully completed the IUCEE International Engineering Educator Certification Program (Spring 2024) and has actively participated in various Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), Workshops and Technical training programs. She has over 15 years of academic experience and one year of industry experience, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College, Hyderabad. Her research interests include VLSI Design, CMOS Design, Digital Design and Compound Semiconductor Devices modelling and simulation. She has published 5 research papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences indexed in SCOPUS and SCIE. She also holds one Indian patent in her area of research expertise.

Mr. Laxman Perika is an accomplished academician and Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering with over 12 years of teaching experience and 3 years of industry experience. He is pursuing Ph.D. in Signal Processing using Artificial Intelligence (AI). He holds an M.Tech in VLSI & Embedded Systems from JNTU, Hyderabad and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad. His academic interests include Signal Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Embedded Systems, IoT, Digital Signal Processing, and Communication Systems. He completed the IUCEE International Engineering Educator Certification Program in Spring 2024. He has published 7 research papers in IEEE and Springer conferences/journals and holds 3 granted patents in IoT and Signal Processing. He has actively contributed to academic administration, Examinations, Training & Placement activities, and student mentoring while promoting innovation and industry readiness among students.

Mrs.DEEPKA PABBATHI received B.Tech Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTUH in 2007. She completed her M.Tech in VLSI DESIGN from JNTUH 2012.  She has 8 years of experience and serving as an Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Electronics and Communication Engineering in NMREC from December 2025 .She also qualified in GATE-2007,she got the All India Rank-163. Presently,She has actively guided final-year major projects, mentoring students in both academic and practical domains.She has also been actively involved in various institutional and academic activities.She published National conference in Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Technology in 2009 on Digital Image Processing.
