SHEELAM ANIL  working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering with over 10 years of teaching experience. My areas of specialization include Wireless Communication, Electromagnetics, Antennas & Wave Propagation, and VLSI Design. I have actively contributed to NAAC/NBA activities, student mentoring, and departmental coordination. I completed AICTE QIP PG Certification in “Semiconductor to Chips (Semchips)” at IIIT Allahabad and certifications in VLSI Design Flow, DevSecOps, and Engineering Education. I published a research paper on LTE System Channel Estimation and a patent titled “Advanced Aircraft Anti-Collision System Using IoT.” My interests include VLSI, Verilog HDL, STA, and emerging communication technologies.

Mr. K. Naveen Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering with more than 15 years of academic experience and 3 years of industry experience. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering at Pondicherry University, specializing in IoT, Drones, Robotics, Embedded Systems, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. He served as e-YANTRA Coordinator and Exam Branch Coordinator and established an IoT Lab at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College. He was certified as a DGCA Remote Pilot and was selected for the AICTE–Industry Fellowship Program at Garuda Aerospace Pvt. Ltd., Chennai, where he contributed to the development of UAV and aerospace systems while gaining hands-on experience in real-world engineering applications. He mentored IEEE EPICS-funded projects and Smart India Hackathon teams, achieving 1st Runner-up at the Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2022 Grand Finale. He completed the AICTE QIP PG Certificate Program in “Wireless Technology and IoT” at IIT Roorkee during June 2025–December 2025 and qualified GATE in 2007 and UGC-NET in December 2018. He also completed the EPICS-Design Thinking program conducted by IUCEE in 2018.

Mrs. K. Ratna received her B. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad and her M.E. in Embedded Systems and VLSI Design from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in VLSI at SR University, Hanamkonda, with research focused on MOSHEMT devices. She successfully completed the IUCEE International Engineering Educator Certification Program (Spring 2024) and has actively participated in various Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), Workshops and Technical training programs. She has over 15 years of academic experience and one year of industry experience, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College, Hyderabad. Her research interests include VLSI Design, CMOS Design, Digital Design and Compound Semiconductor Devices modelling and simulation. She has published 5 research papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences indexed in SCOPUS and SCIE. She also holds one Indian patent in her area of research expertise.

Mr. Laxman Perika is an accomplished academician and Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering with over 12 years of teaching experience and 3 years of industry experience. He is pursuing Ph.D. in Signal Processing using Artificial Intelligence (AI). He holds an M.Tech in VLSI & Embedded Systems from JNTU, Hyderabad and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad. His academic interests include Signal Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Embedded Systems, IoT, Digital Signal Processing, and Communication Systems. He completed the IUCEE International Engineering Educator Certification Program in Spring 2024. He has published 7 research papers in IEEE and Springer conferences/journals and holds 3 granted patents in IoT and Signal Processing. He has actively contributed to academic administration, Examinations, Training & Placement activities, and student mentoring while promoting innovation and industry readiness among students.

Mrs.DEEPKA PABBATHI received B.Tech Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTUH in 2007. She completed her M.Tech in VLSI DESIGN from JNTUH 2012.  She has 8 years of experience and serving as an Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Electronics and Communication Engineering in NMREC from December 2025 .She also qualified in GATE-2007,she got the All India Rank-163. Presently,She has actively guided final-year major projects, mentoring students in both academic and practical domains.She has also been actively involved in various institutional and academic activities.She published National conference in Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Technology in 2009 on Digital Image Processing.

Mr. J. Prabhakar is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College, Hyderabad. He earned his Master of Engineering (M.E.) in VLSI and Embedded System Design from MVSR Engineering College, affiliated with Osmania University, and his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Aurora’s Engineering College, affiliated with JNTUH.He is presently pursuing doctoral research focused on the design of Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) for in-memory computing applications. His research aims to develop efficient, high-speed, and low-power memory architectures that enhance computing performance and energy efficiency. With a strong foundation in VLSI design and semiconductor technologies, he is committed to contributing to advancements in emerging computing paradigms and integrated circuit design.Mr. Prabhakar has over 12 years of teaching experience in engineering education. He has published five research papers in reputed journals and has been granted two patents. In addition, he successfully completed the IUCEE International Engineering Educator Certification Program in Spring 2022.He has been actively guiding undergraduate students in both mini and major projects for several years, fostering innovation and practical learning. He also qualified the UGC-NET examination for Assistant Professor in February 2022, demonstrating his academic excellence and commitment to higher education and research.
