
Mrs. Nakeertha Vijaya Laxmi is an M.Tech graduate specialized in Structural Engineering with around 11 years of teaching, research, and consultancy experience in Civil Engineering. She has strong expertise in RCC design, steel structures, and Estimation & Costing. She has actively taught B.Tech and M.Tech students and guided academic projects and seminars. Her areas of interest include Structural Engineering, CT, Surveying and also interested in Earthquake Resistant Structures, FEM. She has participated in several consultancy works, workshops, seminars, and FDPs. She completed online certification courses from Coursera, NITTTR, NPTEL, and ATAL in Advanced Concrete Technology. She also attended workshops and FDPs conducted by IIT Hyderabad and NIT Mizoram in Civil Engineering. Additionally, she completed a 6-month online certificate course in Data Science and General AI and LLMs at JNTUH.

Mr. Vishal is an M.Tech graduate specialized in Geotechnical Engineering with around 8 years of teaching, research, and consultancy experience in Civil Engineering. He has expertise in soil stabilization, expansive soils, ground improvement techniques, and geotechnical investigations using modern digital instruments. He is serving as Assistant Professor currently working at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College, Hyderabad. His academic contributions include publication of around 11 research papers in reputed journals such as IJNRD, IRJET, IJERT, and IRJMETS. He has guided 12 M.Tech students and 48 B.Tech students in various research projects. He has also participated in multiple Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) related to Artificial Intelligence, Disaster Management, Sustainable Infrastructure, and Advanced Construction Technologies. He possesses field experience as a Site Engineer. Currently, 01 patent have been filed.

Mehvish working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College having 2 years of teaching experience in the field of Civil Engineering with specialization in Transportation Engineering. I am actively involved in student activity coordination and project coordination, contributing to various academic and co-curricular activities of the department. I have participated in various workshops, seminars, and Faculty Development Programs for academic and professional development.
