Dr. K. Suresh is a distinguished academician with more than 22 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration in the field of Civil Engineering, including 15 years of dedicated service as Head of the Department. He completed his B.Tech from NBKR Institute of Science and Technology, affiliated to Sri Venkateswara University, and M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada. He has been ratified as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor as per university norms and regulations.Throughout his academic career, Dr. K. Suresh has contributed extensively to teaching, research, institutional development, and academic leadership. He has published more than 66 research papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences. He is currently guiding 5 Ph.D scholars and has successfully guided more than 24 M.Tech projects in various areas of Civil Engineering. He has also successfully executed funded projects sponsored by DST and TEQIP-III. In the field of innovation and intellectual property, he has been awarded one granted patent and has published three patents. In addition, he played a vital role in organizing NBA and NAAC accreditation activities, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, seminars, and international conferences. He is widely recognized for his leadership qualities, commitment to academic excellence, and dedication toward research, innovation, and student development.

Ms. P. S. Harsha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering with eight years of professional experience, including six years in teaching and two years in industry. She holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and an M.Tech in Geomechanics and Structures from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU). She is an IGIP-certified International Engineering Educator (2024) and completed the IUCEE International Engineering Educator Certification Program (2023) with distinction. She is also a certified Innovation Ambassador (2023), promoting innovation among students. She actively contributes to institutional development through roles in the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), Academic Bank of Credits (ABC), and Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)and also coordinated various programmes. She has participated in numerous faculty development programs, workshops, seminars, research, and consultancy activities. Her research achievements include six journal publications in reputed journals and two granted patents. She is committed to integrating academic excellence with practical expertise in civil engineering.

Dr. G. Sree Lakshmi Devi is an experienced Civil Engineering academician and researcher with over 14 years of teaching, research and academic experience. She has completed her full time Ph.D. under TEQIP-II and Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Civil Engineering. Her expertise includes Structural Engineering, Earthquake Engineering, Disaster Resilience and Sustainable Construction Materials. She has contributed to academic administration, research, innovation and project coordination through publications in SCI/Scopus indexed journals, national and international conferences, book chapters, textbooks and 20+ Indian patents and design grants related to sustainable construction materials, AI-based concrete technologies, self-healing concrete and smart construction systems. She serves as a reviewer for international journals and is actively involved in guiding B.Tech, M.Tech and Ph.D. students. She is a Life Member of professional bodies.

Dr Gunde Sachin Chakravarthy is a dedicated Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at NMREC Hyderabad. He earned his PhD from BITS Pilani, specialising in advanced geotechnical solutions, soil bioengineering, and eco-friendly slope stabilisation techniques. His extensive research portfolio includes pioneering work on the durability of alkali-activated binder (AAB) treated natural geotextiles and numerical slope profiling under variable rainfall patterns. A highly accomplished researcher, he has published multiple high-impact papers in prestigious Q1 and Q2 peer-reviewed journals from Springer and Elsevier. Beyond Geotechnical Engineering, Dr Chakravarthy possesses multi-disciplinary academic credentials, holding an M.Tech in Infrastructure Engineering alongside an integrated M.B.A. in Finance from JNTUHCEH. He further holds an international certification from the IUCEE International Educator Certification Program, reflecting his commitment to modern engineering pedagogy.

Mohd. Naseem Ahmed is an experienced Civil Engineering academician and researcher with over 14 years of teaching, research and academic experience. He is Pursuing Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from National Institute of Technology -Warangal Telangana State .He has completed Master of Engineering in Civil-Geotechnical Engineering. His expertise including Geotechnical Engineering and Foundation Engineering, Ground Improvement Techniques, Ground Water Engineering and Disaster Preparedness & Planning Management, Geo Informatics, Environmental Science and Research Methodology. He has contributed to academic administration, research, innovation and project coordination through publications in UGC approved journals, national and international conferences, He is actively involved in guiding B. Tech Final year Major projects He is a Life Member of professional body like Indian Geotechnical Society -IGS

Veta Ajay Kumar is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering with six years of teaching experience and two years of industry experience. He completed his Graduation from IIIT Basar and Post Graduation from NVRCET(JNTUK) with specialization in Structural Engineering. He actively participates in academic and administrative activities as Placement Cell Co-ordinator, Social Media & Photography Club Co-ordinator, Institution’s Innovation Council Member, and Sports Co-ordinator. He achieved distinction in the IUCEE International Engineering Educator Certification Program, participated in various Faculty Development Programs, and guided B.Tech and M.Tech students. His research publications focus on earthquake-resistant RCC structures, road pavement material optimization, and seismic analysis of multistorey buildings on sloping terrain. He is known for his dedication towards student mentoring, academic excellence, and institutional development.

Mr. Angoth Anurag is working as an Assistant Professor (Ph.D.) with 15 years of teaching experience in the field of Civil Engineering. He completed his M.Tech in Structural Engineering and has been actively involved in academic, administrative, and research activities. He is serving as the Exam Branch In-charge at the department level and is also the M.Tech Laboratory In-charge. His academic achievements include the successful completion of 3 NPTEL courses and an IUCEP course. He has actively participated in several Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), conferences, and workshops conducted in both online and offline modes. In the area of research and innovation, he has published one patent and authored 09 research publications in reputed journals and conferences.

K. Mounika is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering with 4 years of teaching experience in the field of engineering education. She completed her Post Graduation in Structural Engineering and possesses strong academic knowledge and professional expertise in the domain of Structural Engineering. She has been actively contributing to both academic and administrative activities of the institution with dedication and commitment. Her responsibilities include serving as Project guide for B.Tech. and M.Tech. students, Social Media Coordinator. She has published research papers in reputed national and international journals, reflecting her interest in research and continuous learning in the field of Civil and Structural Engineering. She achieved the IUCEE International Engineering Educator Certification Program and participated in various Faculty Development Programs. She is recognized for her sincere efforts towards student mentoring, academic excellence and institutional growth.

Mrs. Nakeertha Vijaya Laxmi is an M.Tech graduate specialized in Structural Engineering with around 11 years of teaching, research, and consultancy experience in Civil Engineering. She has strong expertise in RCC design, steel structures, and Estimation & Costing. She has actively taught B.Tech and M.Tech students and guided academic projects and seminars. Her areas of interest include Structural Engineering, CT, Surveying and also interested in Earthquake Resistant Structures, FEM. She has participated in several consultancy works, workshops, seminars, and FDPs. She completed online certification courses from Coursera, NITTTR, NPTEL, and ATAL in Advanced Concrete Technology. She also attended workshops and FDPs conducted by IIT Hyderabad and NIT Mizoram in Civil Engineering. Additionally, she completed a 6-month online certificate course in Data Science and General AI and LLMs at JNTUH.

Mr. Vishal is an M.Tech graduate specialized in Geotechnical Engineering with around 8 years of teaching, research, and consultancy experience in Civil Engineering. He has expertise in soil stabilization, expansive soils, ground improvement techniques, and geotechnical investigations using modern digital instruments. He is serving as Assistant Professor  currently working at Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College, Hyderabad. His academic contributions include publication of around 11 research papers in reputed journals such as IJNRD, IRJET, IJERT, and IRJMETS. He has guided 12 M.Tech students and 48 B.Tech students in various research projects. He has also participated in multiple Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) related to Artificial Intelligence, Disaster Management, Sustainable Infrastructure, and Advanced Construction Technologies. He possesses field experience as a Site Engineer. Currently, 01 patent have been filed.
